Tool and Die Maker Details:
Temporary position- $
20.27 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:30pm to03:00am )
- Study Blueprints, Sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerance of finished work piece, operations and setup requirements.
- Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining.
- Selects, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machine such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders and drill presses. Sets up and operates machine to finish part per prints and or parts provided.
Tool and Die Maker Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six years of related experience and or training.
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions , short correspondence, and memos.
- Math skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
