Facility Maintenance
Responsible for the daily maintenance of toll plaza, but not limited to acting as a toll attendant and providing customer service

Facility Maintenance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:•Perform routine cleaning of the plaza, the toll booths, and the office buildings.•Maintain the facility grounds.•Function as a toll attendant when necessary, including giving breaks as well.•Clean and make minor repairs and adjustments to toll collection systems related equipment as requested.•Support the office staff as needed.•Maintain equipment and trouble shoot any issues as they arise.•Complete all required reports and checklists timely.•Ensure the security of customers, visitors, and the plaza while efficiently maintaining the traffic flow of the Plaza.•All other duties as assigned by management
Facility Maintenance Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year supervisory experience
basic electrical skills
carpentry experience required
basic plumbing skills
