Machine Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Tear down, set up and operate multiple product lines/machines to specified tolerances of hot or cold headers or trimmers to produce metal parts
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment including cleaning, lubricating, adding fluids, check air pressure and oil levels
- Installs cold heading tooling in machines. Reads measuring equipment such as shadowgraphs, micrometers, calipers, and related equipment.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in the complex set-up and operation of Hot Header machines and related tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering diagrams.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs on machines and tooling.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
