Inside Sales/Parts Advisor
We are looking to invest and develop the right candidate to drive Parts and Service sales for heavy construction equipment.
This front desk position is responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries, and questions regarding our parts; and seek remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and ensuring all orders are processed by the end of the day.

Inside Sales/Parts Advisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax or email.
- Determine material availability.
- Quoting prices, and providing a reasonable delivery commitment.
- Ability to use a personal computer to look up parts and process standard business tasks.
- Coordinate with customers, operations, traffic, outside sales, purchasing and sales management to expedite or troubleshoot customer orders.
- Responsible for warranty administration on all parts.
- Cultivate a strong product and market knowledge, as well as knowledge of the customer’s business and end use of material.
Inside Sales/Parts Advisor Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Preferred) Must have 1 year solid experience.
- Knowledge with Excavators and Bulldozer a plus.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
