Description:  

Serve as a first responder to job seekers and applicants. Using recruitment software and scheduling tools, you will remotely engage, qualify, and schedule job seekers for interviews for remote branches. Answer applicant questions about opportunities. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Monitor and respond to job seeker inquiries in an expeditious manner
  • Make outbound phone calls, emails, or text messages to contact candidates to qualify for jobs for which they applied 
  • Gather and document applicant data needed to prepare for an interview 
  • Schedule interviews for applicants for branch teams
  • Data mining applicant database to re-engage applicants
