Production Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 16.00 / hour Part Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 12:30pm to09:00pm )
The Production Line Clerk must have general knowledge of the different stations within the Clean Room and how to perform a verity of tasks. Primarily focused on assisting in final steps of production and packaging.
Production Clerk Qualifications:
- Operate all machines in the clean room including but not limited to, the homogenizer, pasteurizer, and chiller tanks.
- Monitor stock of ingredients and communicate inventory levels to management.
- Identify allergens and know how to store each one based on the allergen control policies in place.
- Weigh, stage and prep ingredients for specific recipes.
- Record lot numbers for each ingredient, and properly fill out specific production logs for each recipe.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Minimize waste by ensuring recipes are followed accurately.
