Office Assistant / Collateral Specialist for collateral team at Financial services/mortgage company in Anaheim. $20.00 per hour. Full time hours. Contract temp position with possible perm potential.

Office Assistant (collateral department) Details:
Contract position- $
20.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Will assist the collateral department with hardcopy file management
- Organize and file documents
- Will open boxes and sort documents
- Prepare documents for shipping
- Upload data into system on spreadsheets with Excel
- Review and assess borrower collateral assets
- Facilitate communication between loan providers and custodians
- Resolve client inquiries if needed
- Move around office to file boxes
- Open mail
- Other clerical duties as needed
Office Assistant (collateral department) Qualifications:
- Mortgage, title or financial services industry experience a plus but not necessary
- 1+ year in an office environment
- Clerical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Must be comfortable with Excel
- Must be able to work full 8 hours, Monday thru Friday
