Accounting Specialist (AP)
Accounting Specialist (accounts payable) to assist a department within City entity in Anaheim. Contract up to 6 months, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm daily. $26-$30 per hour DOE.

Accounting Specialist (AP) Details:
Contract position- $
26.00 to $ 30.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- AP invoice processing and tracking
- Work closely with accountants to review accounting documents
- Scan documents electronically
- Scan for errors and work with accountants to correct
- Filing, record keeping, copying, data entry, some customer service phone work if needed
- Other accounting support tasks as needed
Accounting Specialist (AP) Qualifications:
- 1+ year in Accounts Payable
- Must be organized
- Excel experience
- MS Office proficiency
