Laser Cutting Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Weekend Shift ( Friday throughSunday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Set up and run the Amada laser cutting machine to produce high-quality parts
- Inspect produced parts to ensure they meet precise specifications
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the laser machine
- Identify and fix any machine errors or issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Work closely with your team to ensure efficient workflows and timely order completion
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and management
Laser Cutting Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience operating Amada laser cutting machines or similar CNC laser cutting equipment
- Strong knowledge of machine setup, laser cutting technology, and routine maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to keep production running smoothly
- Experience with Fiber Lasers is required
- Clear, concise communication is key when working with team members and reporting issues
- Ability to handle the physical demands of machine operation, including standing for long periods
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
