Customer Care
Do you have customer care experience in a call center type of environment? Preferably in a Manufacturing type of setting. Some days, you can work from home!
We have 1 opening for Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM EST. $17/Hour.
Tuesday and Thursdays, you must work in the office on site. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, you work from home.
We have 1 opening for Tuesday-Sunday(Monday & Friday off) $20/hour
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 9:30AM-6PM EST. Tuesday and Thursdays, you must work in the office on site. Wednesday from home.
Saturday/Sunday 10:30AM-7PM EST Working from home.

Customer Care Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSunday )
- Respond to request and inquiries received via phone, email, chat, text or fax providing accurate information regarding pricing and availability, order tracking information, cross reference lookups, and product solutions for our customers.
- Enter orders received via email, EDI, Phone, or or other communication channels.
- Follow-up with customers whose orders are incomplete or have issues that need to be resolved.
- Enter customer feedback tickets into SAP on a timely and consistent basis.
Customer Care Qualifications:
- Outstanding listening, comprehension and oral/written communication - including grammar, spelling, punctuation and writing composition skills.
- 10-key and keyboarding skills.
- Professionalism including flexibility and willingness to change schedules to meet customers needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of three years of customer care experience in product support all center affiliated with manufacturing.
- Previous experience with SAP application and contact management (ACD) systems.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
