Lab Technician/Dispatcher

Lab Technician/Dispatcher Details:

Associate will be working in a lab testing milk, running audits and completing some data entry. Truck drivers will bring in milk samples to be tested, the milk sample will be inserted into the testing equipment and will give results. Will log results and give paperwork to drivers. Will keep lab clean and organized. Once your trainer feels you are ready, you will complete a process to become a certified lab technician.

Associate will be trained as a dispatcher as well. The dispatch position involves process and traffic management of this company's loads in the operations area. This position has process ownership with internal and external customers that include customer billing, internal and external customer communications, driver settlements, TMW entry and audit functions. The ideal individual for this position is well-organized, astute to detail, and communicates well with drivers, management, and customers.This position requires you to work 12 hour shifts; if you are a floater, you will cover various shifts as needed. Your schedule might be days or nights, in the lab or dispatch area, but it will depend on where you are needed, once your training is completed.
