Construction Project Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annually
• Salaried

• Work will be performed in the office most of the time. Occasional trips to job sites and meetings will be required. Travel to conferences, meetings, and overnight may be occasionally required. 
• Manage the day-to-day operations for various projects in such a manner that the work flow is smooth, the bids are completed on time with the quality required to serve the Customer’s needs. 
• Provide positive support services to the estimating and production teams. This includes assisting in the coordination of all projects to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Company.
• Continue to monitor customer satisfaction, aggressively seek new business opportunities, and develop these opportunities into sales for the Company.
• Prepare progress billings and job cost reports as required in a timely and accurate manner for delivery to the appropriate administrative staff. This includes but is not limited to time worked by employees on assigned projects, project inventory information, and approving invoices in a timely manner. 
• Identify and properly document all changes in scope or items of extra cost and aggressively work for the collection of money due.
• Maintain constant awareness of the Company's legal liability, managing the exposure professionally and maintaining proper documentation.
• Develop and implement transfer procedures for passing off complex projects to other members of the project management team that provides for a smooth and seamless transition for the customers or clients.
• Encourage all employees to participate in Company activities including minorities and females. Set the example and educate employees on the importance of minority and female participation.
