Outreach Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.66 to $ 25.82 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Coordinating client services
- Case Management
- Referring clients to community partners
- Tracking client treatment progress
Outreach Worker Qualifications:
- Two years experience navigating complex systems and case plans
- Understanding of family system service requirements
- Direct experience providing customer service to external and internal customers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Associates in Social Services PREFERRED
- Bilingual a PLUS!
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
