The Mold Maker is responsible for building the necessary components, polishing detail, and overseeing the final assembly of the mold. The position demands a seasoned blend of technical skills, precision, and attention to detail to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.

Mold Maker Details:
Direct Hire position- $
58,240.00 to $ 68,640.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up mills, grinders, lathes, and EDM machines for operation by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and workpieces. Ensure machines are calibrated according to the specifications of the job.
- Operation: Operate various machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc., according to the job order and blueprints. Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Use precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and alignment.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on various machines, including cleaning and lubrication. Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
Mold Maker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience building injection molds; experience with aluminum injection molds is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
