HR Generalist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
52,000.00 to $ 77,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
• As an HR Generalist, managing the recruitment and selection process, oversee payroll, facilitate onboarding for new hires and provide employee support on HR-related issues, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Your role will also include managing employee leave requests and assisting in the planning of company events.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Oversee the payroll process, including preparing and processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, processing new hire paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assist with planning and executing company events, such as holiday parties, team-building activities, and company outings.
• Provide support to employees on HR-related issues, such as benefits enrollment, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, benefits records, and payroll records.
• Manage employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws while maintaining accurate records and timely communication with employees regarding their leave status.
HR Generalist Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP preferred) and with 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on hiring and employee relations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
