Office Assistant / Data Entry opportunity at city entity in Anaheim. Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, $21 per hour, up to 6 month contract.

Office Assistant (data entry) Details:
Contract position- $
21.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
To assist the department with administrative, filing and data entry support.
- Filing duties, hardcopy and electronic
- Data entry, must have strong Word and Excel experience
- File management and records retention
- Scanning duties
- Mail distribution
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required
Office Assistant (data entry) Qualifications:
- 2+ year of administrative/clerical experience in an office setting
- Strong typing skills
- Data entry and electronic scanning experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
- Will be subject to a drug screen and criminal background check
