HR Assistant Details:
Direct Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Maintain employee records (electronic and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (new hires, separations, leave of absences)
- Assist with new hire onboarding and off-boarding
- Maintains job ads, reviews resumes, and assists with scheduling interviews as needed
- Coordinates pre-hire/post-offer paperwork
- Assists with coordinating orientation for new hires
- Works with HR Director to coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs
- Full job description will be gone over in the interview
HR Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required · 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in HR software systems; Paylocity is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - JazzHR a Plus
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office is required · Intermediate skills with Excel required · Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
