Temporary Receptionist Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Answer phones in the front office
- Forward, transfer, and take messages
- Greet guests and manage the sign in/out sheets
- Fax, scan, and file paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
Temporary Receptionist Qualifications:
- Finger print card is required
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
