Sales Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00pm to05:00pm )
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
- This role involves setting sales strategies, managing team performance, and driving growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance metrics.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or a leadership sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, manufacturing, technology, healthcare).
- Experience managing a sales budget and forecasting revenue.
- MUST Be Clean-cut and professional in appearance.
