Dispatcher in Pecos Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- 8 AM-5 PM, OT, Weekends, Holidays as needed.
- Schedule & dispatch drivers per customer requests.
- Maintain accurate order records, driver assignments & trip permits.
- Communicate with drivers & customers; prioritize urgent calls.
- Monitor weather/routes to prevent delays & ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain communication during emergencies until resolved.
- Enter data, update logs, process BOLs & tracking spreadsheets.
- Schedule loading/unloading & track driver locations.
- Ensure compliance by reviewing driver logs & collecting JSAs.
- Handle customer complaints, negotiate rates & delivery timelines.
Dispatcher in Pecos Qualifications:
- HS/GED
- Dispatching experience required
- Inventory experience required
- Oracle
- Work in Pecos, TX
- Microsoft Suite
- Data Entry
- Clean driving record
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
