Hotel Front Desk Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay.
- This role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and services.
Hotel Front Desk Associate Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to engage with guests, address their needs, and resolve any issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with hotel management software and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Appearance: A well-groomed and professional appearance.
