CNC Set Up Operator needed in Mooresville, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday - Friday, pay depends on experience starting at $25/hr.

CNC Setup Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up CNC machines for various machining operations like milling, drilling, or grinding.
- Loading and unloading raw materials and fixtures.
- Mounting, installing, aligning, and securing tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
- Inputting tooling instructions from datasheets or blueprints.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or defects during the machining process.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks on the CNC machines, such as cleaning and lubricating.
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Keeping detailed records of machine setups, tooling, and production runs.
- Following safety procedures and regulations.
CNC Setup Operator Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Knowledge of G-code programming (may be required depending on the role).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills. Safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
