Builder
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Builder (Tier 1) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Tier 2 Lead Builder to assemble high-quality products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or carpentry, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Builder Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Follow directions from the Tier 2 Lead Builder to ensure accurate and efficient builds.
- Prepare materials, tools (nail guns, nails, etc.), and workstations according to daily build sheets.
- Maintain strict attention to nail placement and grounding—avoiding quality issues like exposed nails.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring scrap materials are disposed of properly.
- Work at 85% capacity or higher while prioritizing safety and quality above speed.
- Avoid overbuilding by carefully tracking quantities on each project.
- Clean and reset workstations after completing each build, returning tools and materials to their designated places.
Builder Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or assembly work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Must adhere to safety protocols at all times.
