Billing Office Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Wednesday throughSaturday )
Responsible for the check-out process for all trailers leaving property, as well as operating a scale for trailers wishing to get their weights before checkout. Job duties entail clerical work with daily usage of both SAP and our scale software, as well as consistent interaction with customers (OTR Drivers). They have a window at the Billing office where drivers will walk up with their information, and from that point our employees process them in the system and check them out. We are looking for candidates that are detail-oriented, have good de-escalation techniques and a personable attitude, can work in a small team of 2 people, and have basic computer proficiency.
