Electrical Design Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
48.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of controls-focused engineers within the Electrical group. Deliver high-quality, accurate electrical engineering solutions on-time across assigned projects. Own and maintain the ERP system and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout project lifecycles. Ensure your team adheres to engineering documentation standards, including accurate redline and as-built updates. Drive team accountability through effective task delegation and oversight. Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on hiring, performance management, and team development. Train and support the professional growth of engineers within your team. Coordinate closely with production personnel to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Exhibit strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Electrical Design Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar work experience Experience in CAD programs (EPLAN, AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks, Inventor or otherwise) Demonstrated understanding of electrical controls systems 5+ years engineering experience 1+ years leadership experience
