Project Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
70,000.00 to $ 85,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and report on project status.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement best practices in project management to ensure the integrity and quality of our projects.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment or similar field.
- Self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize work and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
