Construction Safety Administrator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Construction Safety Administrator: Oversee the administrative aspects of a construction site's safety program. Manage documentation, track compliance with safety regulations, coordinate training sessions, and support safety audits and inspections. Ensures that safety procedures are properly documented and followed throughout the project.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain OSHA logs and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and company safety regulations.
- Track, organize, and file safety-related documentation (e.g., incident reports, training records, inspection reports).
- Coordinate and schedule safety training, toolbox talks, and jobsite safety orientations.
- Scan and organize large volumes of documents
Construction Safety Administrator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction safety or safety administration (preferred).
- OSHA 510 Certification (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organization, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
