Pre-Op Technician
We are seeking an experienced sanitation candidate for a Pre-Op Technician role on 3rd shift at our food production company in White City!

Pre-Op Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Tuesday throughSaturday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Perform audits of cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces and production areas.
- Performs a variety of analyses in accordance with SOPs and maintains databases and logs.
- Assists in identification and tracking of potential microbial and/or allergen cross contact problem areas.
- Assesses manufacturing area and equipment conditions to assure they meet specified requirements.
Pre-Op Technician Qualifications:
- Must have 1+ years of sanitation experience
- Must have experience working with chemicals and quality inspecting
- Some experience in warehouse inventory management would be helpful
- Reliable transportation to White City on graveyard shift is required
- Must be okay with being wet for entire shift, if necessary
- Attention to detail
- Basic Computer Skills
- Also perform sanitation functions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
