Finisher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Smooth, patch, and finish surfaces such as concrete, drywall, wood, or plaster
- Apply paints, sealants, or protective coatings to surfaces as needed
- Perform detailed work including sanding, polishing, staining, or caulking
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Finisher Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in finishing work (e.g., concrete, drywall, painting, or general construction)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work with finishing tools and materials safely
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices
- Physically capable of standing, kneeling, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
