Accounts Payable Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Process invoices and making sure they are processed on time
- Reconcile statements, reconcile vendor statements, discrepancies and prepare payments
- Prepare payments, cut checks maintain records and keep accurate financial records and databases
- Monitor expenses and keep records for tax purposes
- Help the accounting department prepare financial statements
- Resolve payment issues and contact vendors to address payment concerns or inquiries
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- Must have Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Must have own form of transportation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
