Full Charge Bookkeeper Details:
Direct Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Full bookkeeping and payroll duties for a variety of clientele
- Supporting municipal audits, you'll have the opportunity to apply your current skills while gaining new experience in a variety of areas
- Assist with tax preparation by gathering documents and entering data for individuals and small businesses
- Provide audit support, including data collection and organization for municipalities, school districts, and non-profits
Full Charge Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full charge bookkeeping and payroll experience is required
- Experience with tax preparation (individual and business) is preferred
- Audit or municipal audit experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, Quick Books preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and extra hours especially during tax season
- Associate’s degree or Accounting Certificate (or equivalent experience)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
