Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician needed in Adrian, MI. The starting pay is based on experience, please provide salary requirements. The hours are 5:00am-3:00pm. This is a temp to direct position but the company will consider hiring on a direct basis. The company offers a competitive benefit package.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
- Will be supporting the production process by maintaining all machinery and tooling requirements.
- Analyze and correct mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment.
- Make necessary corrections and adjustments to equipment.
- Review production schedules and perform scheduled set up’s on machinery as required.
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance to assigned equipment.
- Test equipment to check efficient operation.
- Maintain grounds and company buildings as required.
- Operate a forklift
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for 6-10 hours.
- Able to read gages, tape measure, and mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Experience working with programmable controllers.
- Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Able to operate lathe, mill, drill press, and electrical hand tools.
- Mechanically inclined and have strong math skills.
- High school diploma and/or GED required.
- Strong work history
