Warehouse Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
Job Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management
- Supervise and provide direction to a team of 4 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and accuracy
- Monitor workflow to ensure all orders and shipments are completed on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure proper stock levels
- Train, mentor, and support warehouse staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Warehouse Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
