Sales & Customer Support Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
Job Duties:
- Handle calls, chats, and emails to assist with product selection and order placement.
- Guide new customers through first orders and account navigation; suggest savings options.
- Build rapport, identify upsell opportunities, and support long-term retention.
- Help set up booths, engage prospects, take notes, and follow up post-event.
- Support growth in new markets with targeted outreach and prospecting.
- Process and update orders accurately and cheerfully.
- Collaborate with the team using Salesforce and Slack to maintain workflow.
Sales & Customer Support Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), Slack, and digital tools
- Coachable, team-oriented, and driven to contribute
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
