Campus Store Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.83 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead and supervise campus store staff, fostering a positive and service-oriented environment
- Manage store budgets, financial planning, and reporting
- Oversee inventory processes including procurement, stock levels, and audits
- Coordinate with college departments, faculty, and vendors to meet academic and operational needs Implement merchandising and marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and profitability
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices
Campus Store Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or campus store management
- Strong background in budgeting, merchandising, and inventory control Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities
- Associate Degree preferred (or 4+ years relevant management experience in lieu of degree)
