Office Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:30pm )
- Support the General Manager and other site leadership on: Updating/editing daily, weekly, monthly etc. reporting: Status tracking of permits and other regulatory requirements.
- Greet all visitors at the PRRC; ensure proper access/sign-in, and safety protocol.
- Establish and setup vendors.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and subcontracting efforts, including bid evaluations, scope alignment (e.g. office cleaners, exterminators, auditors, consultants, landscaping, waste hauling)
- Perform day-to-day procurement tasks including writing purchase requisitions, managing approvals, and issuing purchase orders.
- Manage logistical activities such as shipment tracking and delivery coordination to support project and operational needs.
Office Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in utilizing a CMMS is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with a high degree of independence.
- Experience in managing stock rooms, tool cribs, or warehouses, including performing cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Excellent software skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, PDF Editor.
- Ability learn new software at an aggressive pace
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles for a plant/manufacturing/industrial operating facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage purchase requisitions, contracts, and related documentation.
- Proven track record of coordinating logistics (shipping, tracking, and deliveries).
