Currently seeking a Shelter Manager in Columbus, IN - Lead with purpose—support families, manage shelter operations, and make a real impact every night!

Shelter Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
37,440.00 to $ 42,640.00 / annually Second Shift ( Thursday throughMonday from 01:00pm to10:00pm )
The Shelter Manager oversees the daily operations of Horizon House Emergency Family Shelter, along with providing coaching/case management to participants within multiple programs.
Shelter Manager Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Affairs, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in coaching, counseling, and working with diverse populations
