Fabricator/Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Fabricate metal components using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding on steel materials.
- Measure and mark materials for cutting and assembly
- Operate cutting, forming, and welding machinery such as shears, brakes, grinders, and saws.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
- Assemble parts using bolts, clamps, and tack welding prior to final welding.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment
Fabricator/Welder Qualifications:
- 2+ years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
- Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) accurately.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools such as grinders, drills, and cutting torches.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
