Machining Staff Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
90,000.00 to $ 110,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Investigation, Development, Presenting Themes, Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, Installation, Start-up functions, Training, Document Development (Ops Stds, PM’s, PQCT Etc…) of newly installed, line movement, re-build of equipment pertaining to the machining of Cast Iron Castings. Review new Technologies in Machining Functions for overall improvements in Safety, Quality, Manpower Efficiencies and Cost.
Machining Staff Engineer Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining or manufacturing engineering roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with engineering principles. Proficiency in CNC programming and G-Code to write CNC programs.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cost estimation and project planning.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
