Leasing Agent Part-Time Details:
Temporary position- $
18.50 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Conduct property tours and showcase apartment features to prospective tenants
- Process rental applications and verify required documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate leasing agreements and records
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents
- Support efforts to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates
Leasing Agent Part-Time Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Must pass background check
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
