Hydraulic Hose Technician & Counter Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems preferred
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection using catalog tools
- Process orders and payments
- Support Hose Technicians in fulfilling orders
- Perform inventory control tasks
- Identify customer needs and resolve inquiries professionally
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
- Maintain a strong work ethic and workplace professionalism
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
- Prior hose & fitting experience (required)
Hydraulic Hose Technician & Counter Associate Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive customer service
- Detail-oriented with active listening skills
- Physically capable of lifting and performing warehouse tasks
- Quick learner with a positive, energetic attitude
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working around machinery and varying environmental conditions
- Willing to work additional hours as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- High School diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
