General Responsibilities as an On-Site Assistant on 2nd shift will include:

If you have held positions similar to Restaurant Server, Administrative Assistant, Call center Clerk, Bank Teller or Customer Service Representative then you already have experience with the following:

  • Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the on-site program
  • Assist, as directed, with guiding the activities of all associates to ensure job performance standards are met or exceeded
  • Assist management in recruitment efforts to ensure that the client?s expectations are met
  • Operations; assist with reporting, new hire orientations, safety, compliance
  • Create a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing the employer-associate relationship and our joint commitment to the client
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and comply with them in all work activities
  • Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job

Desired Skills & Experience - On-Site Assistant 2nd Shift: 

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently
  • Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority, high volume environment
  • High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency
  • Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
