Productin Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.35 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Must be able to Train on 1st shift
- Adds ingredients which require specific measurements, addition, and mixing techniques as required by procedures and batch records
- Performs a variety of production tasks which include, but are not limited to: setting up equipment, adjusting and operating equipment, observing for proper functioning of equipment, and inspecting/testing of products
- Responsible for following all applicable waste handling procedures
Productin Operator Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous production experience is highly desirable (preferably in web handling, such as paper or fabric manufacturing, printing, coating, etc.)
- Adherence to Guiding Principles, Company Policies, Quality Systems, ISO, OSHA standards is mandatory
- Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting moderately heavy items, requiring above-average agility and dexterity.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
