Our client is an international manufacturer of point of purchase displays and decorative wire products. This is a job shop style factory environment that is not temperature controlled and certain areas may be very loud. Due to the variable nature of production requirements, employees are cross trained in multiple areas of the operation. This ensures both continuity in manufacturing as well as stability in employment for our Team Members. Given that, attendance is a critical success factor.

Skilled Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Racker/Packers & Assembly will have a variety of responsibilities all around the plant. Each day may require a different focus.
- Preparing items for powder coating.
- Racking parts onto hanging hooks.
- Removing painted parts and packing.
- Moving packaging to proper destination.
- General Labor Work including shop clean up.
- Assembly of platform and crates usings power and hand tools such as drills.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Skilled Production Qualifications:
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must have measuring skills.
- Must have previous manufacturing experience and longevity at past employers.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
