Building Maintenance Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Janitorial duties will include but not limited to: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing windows.
- Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Handle necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Installs equipment and appliances.
- landscaping duties will include but not limited to: pruning, gardening and, mowing.
Building Maintenance Qualifications:
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time.
- At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
