Our client is an international manufacturer of point of purchase displays and decorative wire products. This is a job shop style factory environment that is not temperature controlled and certain areas may be very loud. Due to the variable nature of production requirements, employees are cross trained in multiple areas of the operation to ensure both continuity in manufacturing as well as stability in employment for our Team Members. Given that, attendance is a critical success factor.

Manufacturing Line Leader Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
We are looking for a results-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded, line leaders to oversee our client's paint and packaging lines production line. You will be setting up the production line to complete specific orders, overseeing line workers, and ensuring that orders are completed on time and within budget. To ensure success as a line leader, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of production processes and experience in a similar industry. A top-notch line leader will be someone whose manufacturing line expertise results in production targets being met without compromising on quality.
Manufacturing Line Leader Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous production line experience in a related industry.
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Superb leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
