Scheduling Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Enter data, perform daily office procedures, and handle customer service calls.
- Operate scheduling software systems and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
Scheduling Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have previous work with computer programs
- Must have previous experience as an Scheduler
- Must have great experience with Excel
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
