Inside Sales Coordinator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $21.00 to $26.25 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)

Job Duties:

  • Identify and contacting prospective clients, understanding their unique requirements, and recommending tailored solutions to address their needs
  • Convey the value proposition of our products or services, guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closure. 
  • Service accounts to assure growth and customer Satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team, sharing insights, refining sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Find new sales opportunities through inbound prospecting
  • Product knowledge and give inventory recommendations
  • Effectively manage sales pipelines, prioritize leads, and exceed sales targets
  • Building and enhancing customer relationships by servicing their immediate and future needs
  • Additional job duties and responsibilities may be added at any time, as business needs may dictate

Inside Sales Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • 1+ year of Wireless Industry experience, required
  • 2+ years working with manufactures and distributors 
  • 2+ years of Product Application experience
  • Skilled in multitasking across phone, ERP, web browser, and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Including Teams, and Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
